About Linda
Linda is a Certified Comprehensive Coach and has been trained at the Duke Center for Integrative Medicine Professional Integrative Health Coach Program.She holds a Masters in Organization Development from the American University/NTL program which has an emphasis on human relations and working with all levels of systems. She loves facilitating and coaching and has partnered with others in the building of a non-profit called the Achievement Academy of Durham.
Personally, she has benefitted from an integrative approach to her own health and well being and knows the importance of support and community when making lifestyle behavioral changes. She loves to laugh and have fun!
